At HJC Helmets, we take your safety and satisfaction seriously. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original protective dust bag and box, ensuring all tags and visor films are still intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our safety technicians verify the helmet's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
